Description
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyse financial performance and provide insights.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day tasks.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Experience in managing financial processes within the Financial Services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
