My client operate within the renewable energy sector.
Description
- Processing invoices
- Submitting VAT returns for the outsourced Accountancy firm
- Submitting contractor hours on to Xero
- Invoicing customers
- Booking travel and accommodation for contractors and employees
- Staff holidays and absence management
- Proactively reviewing cash flow and alerting management to any issues / challenges
- Journal posting
- You will ideally have Xero experience however this isn't essential
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Bookkeeper role
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage varying workloads
- Xero experience would be preferred
- Strong IT skills
