Client Details

My client operate within the renewable energy sector.

Description

  • Processing invoices
  • Submitting VAT returns for the outsourced Accountancy firm
  • Submitting contractor hours on to Xero
  • Invoicing customers
  • Booking travel and accommodation for contractors and employees
  • Staff holidays and absence management
  • Proactively reviewing cash flow and alerting management to any issues / challenges
  • Journal posting
  • You will ideally have Xero experience however this isn't essential

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Bookkeeper role
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage varying workloads
  • Xero experience would be preferred
  • Strong IT skills
