International services business seeking a qualified Management Accountant to support month-end reporting, financial analysis, reconciliations, and process improvement across multiple global entities.

I'm working with a growing business operating in a fast-paced services sector. Operating across multiple global markets, the business offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent exposure to international finance operations, multi-entity reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant looking to take ownership of reporting activities within a dynamic and people-focused organisation and be a strong number two to the Finance Manager.

Description

Preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Revenue, cost of sales, and gross margin analysis
  • Preparation and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
  • Investigation and resolution of system and ledger discrepancies
  • Assist with financial controls and process improvement projects
  • Produce KPI reporting and financial performance analysis
  • Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders globally
Profile
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by relevant experience
  • Previous experience within a management accountant role
  • Experience working within a multi-entity and multi-currency environment
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel capability including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
