- Manage an SME client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely accounting and audit services (circa 20 audits a year).
- Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and finalise year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Oversee VAT return preparation.
- Assist clients with technical accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure professional growth and development.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address any queries or concerns efficiently.
