As the NetSuite Billing Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day billing activity in NetSuite to keep invoices accurate and issued on time.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring billing details are complete and clearly recorded.
- Review billing information and resolve data queries to reduce errors before invoices are issued.
- Maintain accurate billing records in NetSuite, providing a reliable view of invoicing activity.
- Work with colleagues to gather the information needed to complete billing tasks efficiently.
- Investigate invoice queries and make appropriate updates to billing records.
- Monitor billing activity and highlight issues that could affect the timely completion of invoices.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with clear billing information and routine reporting.
