As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting sales functions. Description

The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role are:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally, meeting agreed service level targets

  • Accurately process customer orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support promotional campaigns

  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls

  • Maintain customer records and activity logs in the company's CRM system

  • Identify opportunities to re-engage non-trading customers

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey

  • Continuously contribute to improvements in service quality and operational processes

  • Represent the voice of the customer within the business

Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role is someone with the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
