Description

  • As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organised accounts payable records.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes.
