Our client is an ambitious and expanding hotel group currently comprising two well-established properties:
- Hotel 1 - 146 rooms, restaurant, bar, and event space for up to 200 guests.
- Hotel 2 - 80 rooms with full F&B and events capability for up to 220 guests.

As Group Finance Manager, you'll oversee and lead all finance operations across both properties, working closely with company directors to ensure sound financial control and strategic insight. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone ready to own the full finance function.
- Prepare and analyse management accounts
- Maintain robust balance sheet controls and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Oversee payroll, PAYE, pensions, and supplier payments
- Support annual audit preparation and delivery
- Drive capital and asset management initiatives
- Build and maintain financial systems and process integrity
Ideally, you'll bring a solid hotel finance background, but more importantly, you're someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively.
- Proven experience at Finance manager/Management accountant level
- Management accounts and balance sheet expertise
- Strong understanding of VAT, payroll, and audit processes
- Excel whizz - comfortable with pivot tables and formulas
- Ability to manage AP/AR and nominal ledgers
