Description
- Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting functions.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Relevant experience in a Management Accountant / Financial Accountant or Finance Manager (or similar) role.
- Either be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team of people (managerial experience is not necessary).
