Description
- Handle and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Review and reconcile outstanding debts, taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of credit transactions and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to improve cash flow processes.
- Provide regular reports on aged debt and collection activities to management.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Control specialist should have:
- Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
