We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Service Charge Accountant with a strong background in property accounting. This temporary role is a pivotal part of our Accounting & Finance team where we are looking for someone to prepare accounts for Audit.

Description
- Preparation and review of service charge accounts
- Ensuring financial compliance with regulations in the property industry
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analysing and advising on financial data and reports
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team for financial planning
- Preparing Accounts for Audit
Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Immediately available
- Has a good knowledge of Service charges accounts and has prepared for Audit
- Able to commit to a 2-3 month temporary assignment.
