Description Carry out reconciliations of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or mismatches in records.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reconciliation processes.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports for audit purposes.

Support process improvements and system enhancements.

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.

Profile A successful Reconciliations Analyst should have: Previous experience in reconciliations or a similar analyst within financial services.

Analyst experience in a fast paced working environment A strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Good knowledge of banking and financial systems.

Proficiency in using financial software and tools.

Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Offer Salary between £35,000 and £39,000, dependent on the level of experience. 3 days in the office, 2 days at home after training Free parking onsite Permanent role with progression opportunities
