We're working in partnership with a leading UK resort operator to recruit an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the planning, delivery, and performance of their Bars & Retail department. This is a high-impact leadership role within the Resort Management Team, ideal for a commercially minded professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Description
- Oversee daily operations of bars and shops across the resort
- Lead and develop a team of 125 employees
- Manage budgets: payroll, stock, inventory, and P&L
- Drive sales, reduce waste, and control variable costs
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and audit standards
- Improve guest experience using feedback and data (NPS focus)
- Manage central rostering and align staffing with guest demand
- Own the full employee lifecycle: hiring, training, performance, retention
- Collaborate with resort and central support teams
