We are searching for a talented Finance Manager, skilled in the field of Accounting & Finance.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of financial analysis within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Please Note: This is an office based role - 5 days per week
Oversee financial operations including invoicing, billing, financial reporting, and budget preparation within the Accounting & Finance department.
Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems, along with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports based in HARROW.
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
A successful Finance Manager should have
A solid understanding of financial management and accounting within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
An impressive ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues.
A high level of commercial acumen.
Proficiency in accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.
A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
A discretionary bonus of 10%.
