Description Own and maintaining 'best in class' internal and external financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across the EMEA region. Lead and manage the accounting team across various EMEA locations, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensuring professional career development of the team. Ensure adherence to regional and international accounting standards and regulations. Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems, processes, and controls. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and reporting requirements. Delivery of regular analysis Be the EMEA subject matter expert on technical accounting matters Profile Background will include: A professional accounting qualification - ACA or ACCA and you will be practice trained with extensive PQE in industry Proven expertise in financial reporting and accounting within a complex, international organisation.
