- Prepare and deliver Head Office reports, management information and supporting schedules.
- Analyse financial data and investigate variances, exceptions and accounting movements.
- Support budget reporting and perform variance analysis against forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist with responses to Head Office, regulatory and audit requests.
- Support regulatory, statutory and tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies and reporting standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, testing activities and reporting enhancements.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:
- Up to 4 years' experience within finance, accounting or banking environments.
- Experience preparing regulatory reporting, statutory accounts or tax-related information.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), with strong attention to detail.
Job Offer
- Permanent position in London.
- Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
