A growing and successful accountancy practice based in Seaton is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team preparing and reviewing year end accounts, tax compliance across both personal and corporate tax along with overseeing VAT, bookkeeping and wider all around role, as key right hand support to the firms managers and partners. You will have increasing client management responsibility, develop teams and career progression on offer.
Based in Seaton, this well established and successful firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries and turnover to encompass sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, SMEs and OMBs. The firm has a good reputation and has been undergoing a sustained period of positive growth and they are looking to hire as a result of this. The firm also offers a supportive environment where you will be encouraged and supported to develop further in areas of technical interest.
Joining as Senior Accountant based from the firms Seaton offices you will be responsible for the preparation and review of year end accounts, personal and corporate tax compliance and oversee wider services, acting for clients across varied industries and turnover ranges. You will have increasing client management responsibility, help develop and mentor teams and progress in your accountancy practice career within a successful and growing, chartered firm of accountants.
You may be qualified, or part/finalist across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA etc, or have developed your career through experience only to date, with a career background within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment of any size. You will have developed your career to around the Senior Accountant levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity. Full or part time working hours can be explored, mouldable around the preferences of the right candidate.
Circa £29,000 - £36,000 dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
