Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide support on tax planning matters.
  • Manage bookkeeping and payroll processes for clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Support senior accountants with audits, including gathering and analysing financial data.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for queries and advice.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation relevant to the industry.

Profile

A successful Semi-Senior Accountant should have:

  • Part qualified (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Prior experience in an accounting and finance role within the professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
