Description
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Preparation of the monthly and ad-hoc supplier payments
- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Producing monthly and ad-hoc invoices as required
- Credit control duties as required
- External & internal queries
- Bank reconciliations & statement reconciliationis
- Direct Debit collections
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Completion of quarterly VAT returns
Profile
The candidate will have/be:
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE - Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar accountancy role - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Comfortable dealing with internal & external stakeholders - Desirable
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Required
