Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
- Experience working in accounting or finance roles, ideally within the life science industry.
- A professional accounting qualification or equivalent knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
