Description

The Trainee Accounts Payable will;

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in preparing payment runs and managing payment schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers to address any invoice or payment queries.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounts payable team.

A successful Trainee Accounts Payable should have:
