Description- Leading and organising monthly, quarterly, and annual finance cycles
- Overseeing AP, AR, GL and daily accounting operations
- Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings
- Driving strong internal controls and compliance
- Preparing financial reports, statements, and audit schedules
- Mentoring and developing the accounting team
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance workflows
- Preparing budgets and revenue forecasts
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Ability to attend the office 5 days per week (Reading)
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
