As a Qualified Accountant you will manage a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reviewing and reporting on account performance, regularly communicating with clients whilst promoting positive client engagement.
The client is a fast growing top 20 accountancy firm focusing on audit, accounts, tax, advisory and more across the nation.
You will be growing the account and the client base and seek business development opportunities. You will actively manage the portfolio, including WIP management and debtor management to ensure lock up and other KPIs are met, ensuring client deadlines are met. Assisting with the support and development of junior members of staff.
