The Plant Manager (12-month Fixed-Term Contract) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant in Plymouth, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to maintaining high standards in engineering and manufacturing while supporting the company's goals. Description EHS To meet all statutory (i.e.) HASAWA, and all UK regulatory requirements, as well as Imerys specific requirements, associated with plant operation. To proactively improve safety standards and roll out initiatives. To ensure full compliance with Environmental standards and maintain accreditation to ISO14000 : 2015 certification. Timely reporting of any incidents and recording in the company Enablon database To manage and coordinate all areas of calcining and surface treated calcined production operations, aiming for optimisation of costs year on year.
