This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior leadership team. The role is based in London and requires a well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
As the Personal Assistant for this Directorate, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the diary and inbox for senior team members.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation packs and information required to ensure leaders are well prepared.
- Handle correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritisation.
- Maintain and organise records, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Organise travel and accommodation requirements when required.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
A successful Personal Assistant will bring the following skills and track record:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a corporate environment; working knowledge of Civil Service environment is an advantage.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Happy to be in the London office approximately 3 days a week/may be more as required.
A salary of up to £31,085, 25 days of annual leave + Flexi Benefits, a generous pension contribution, and a 12-month fixed-term contract.
