Description
- Administer payroll processes for Ireland and assist with UK payroll, ensuring timely submissions to relevant tax authorities.
- Coordinate pension and benefits payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and accurate cost allocations.
- Act as the liaison for employee benefit queries, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee quarterly salary deferrals and benefit cost allocations across business units.
- Ensure prompt monthly tax payments and manage year-end reporting including P11Ds, Class 1A NICs, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and Short-Term Business Visitor disclosures.
- Reconcile and process expatriate-related taxable benefits through payroll.
- Contribute to HR operations and support finance-related HR activities.
Profile
- Proven experience in payroll and HR operations, ideally within financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish and UK payroll systems; experience in APAC jurisdictions is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Familiarity with HR databases and reporting tools for generating management insights.
