Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for a new and exciting challenge in Wigan? In this role, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a diverse workforce. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized professional services organisation, specialising in accounting and finance. They pride themselves in delivering high quality service to a wide range of clients in Wigan and beyond. Description As A payroll Officer you will be responsible for: Accurate processing of company payroll on a monthly basis. Handling employee queries regarding payroll and related issues. Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and best practices. Assisting with end of year processes, including P60s. Reconciliation of payroll accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintenance and updating of payroll records. Production of payroll reports for management. Collaboration with HR and finance teams.
