The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To undertake the payroll process for a selection of Group entities.

A well-established and growing organisation, operating across multiple locations in the UK and Europe. Known for its values-led approach and supportive culture, the business is committed to delivering high-quality services and continuous improvement.

To run the monthly payroll for all the companies within the Group including inputting data from a variety of communications e.g. timesheets, overtime etc. and ensuring data is input to meet payroll deadlines.

To ensure compliance with starter and leavers paperwork for government bodies e.g. P45's.

To ensure compliance with PAYE/NI payments and reconciliations.

To ensure P11d's/P60's are produced in a timely manner.

To ensure compliance with auto-enrolment for all companies and employees.

To review, maintain and administer expense claims ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

To manage HMRC communications including RTI.

To deal with payroll/inland revenue/employee enquiries relating to payroll, expenses etc.

To support the Payroll Manager towards the achievement of the Group's strategy, goals and objectives.

Under Health & Safety at Work Act, whilst at work, you must take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of any other who may be affected by your acts or omissions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC regulations related to payroll

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Professional payroll qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Payroll Administration, Payroll Technician Certificate, Degree/Diploma in Payroll Management)
  • Experience with SAGE 50, OpenPeople, or Cascade
