Payroll Administrator

We’re looking for an detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join the team. Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met Accurately process payroll data, including client changes, within agreed timescales Submit RTI Full Payment Submissions (FPS) on or before pay dates Administer workplace pensions, including communications, opt-outs, uploads, and payments Respond to client queries promptly, professionally, and accurately Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all client communications and payroll activity Monitor workflow systems and ensure daily task completion Manage additional work requests, ensuring they are quoted and approved in advance Support invoicing processes and ensure timely billing Maintain compliance with internal procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements Profile Proven experience in a payroll role, ideally within a bureau or accountancy practice Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including RTI and workplace pensions Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively Job Offer Be part of a supportive and professional team Opportunity to work with a varied and interesting client base Flexible working Career progression CIPD qualification funded 25 days hols plus option to buy extra #J-18808-Ljbffr
