Description Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Deal with supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Process payment runs and ad-hoc payments as required.
Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
Maintain the filing system for all accounts payable documentation.
Assist in the development of accounts payable procedures and policies.
Contribute to the wider finance team and company goals.
Profile A successful Accounts Payable should have: A strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software systems.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
