Based in Delph in Oldham, you'll work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to oversee all financial operations within the organisation. The key responsibilities of a Finance Manager will include: Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the company including payroll processing, invoicing, transactions and overall management accounts Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to prepare financial reports. Monitor the company's financial status and budget preparation. Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulatory standards. Develop plans for financial growth. Coordinate audit processes. Perform regular financial analysis. A successful Finance Manager should have: Proven experience in a financial management role within the industry. Previous experience of payroll processing. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods.
