Description Prepare and review statutory financial statements to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support the audit process by providing required documentation and addressing queries.
Ensure accurate recording of financial data in line with accounting standards.
Assist with tax compliance, including VAT and corporation tax submissions.
Monitor and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and reporting.
Manage deadlines for statutory reporting and filings.
Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.
Profile A successful Statutory Accountant should have: A professional accounting qualification (e. g.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and accounting standards.
Experience in financial reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
