Job Description As an Auditor Manager in the professional services industry, you will oversee audit engagements, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Based in Newport, you'll play a vital role in managing client relationships and supporting the accounting and finance team. Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion. Oversee the work of audit teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Review and finalise audit reports, ensuring accuracy and quality. Assist in staff training and ongoing professional development initiatives. Collaborate with other departments within the accounting and finance team to deliver seamless services. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Proven experience in managing audit engagements and teams. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
