As a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Merthyr Tydfil, you'll play a key role in the accounting and finance department, ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and maintaining accurate records. Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update purchase ledger records.
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensure compliance with payment terms.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment details.
  • Support the finance team with month-end tasks and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
