Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update purchase ledger records.
- Assist in preparing payment runs and ensure compliance with payment terms.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment details.
- Support the finance team with month-end tasks and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
