You will be No 2 to an energised and development driven CFO, leading a team in the delivery of Management and Financial reporting, partnering with the Directors to drive profitable decision making.
We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance operations across the Group. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, developing the finance team, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting the CFO and wider leadership team in achieving business objectives.
