Description

The Finance Officer's duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a finance role, and experience with the general ledger and management accounts preparation
  • An understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
