Description
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations and processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.

- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

Profile
A successful Finance Controller must have:
- Strong experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in the property industry.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (ACCA,ACA,CIMA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of Β£500 to Β£550, dependent on the level of experience.
