Description
A broad, hands-on Finance Manager role with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting and forecasting across the international group. You'll be expected to go beyond producing numbers - challenging variances, understanding operational drivers and partnering with stakeholders to improve performance. There's also a key systems and inventory focus as the business moves to a new manufacturing ERP, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of group consolidation and reporting as you settle into the role.
Key Responsibilities;
- Producing monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Stock valuation and inventory accounting.
- Working closely with manufacturing teams to understand and analyse costs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve cost control and profitability.
- Preparing information for board reporting.
- Supporting ERP and finance system improvements.
- Providing commercially focused analysis and insight to senior management.
- Working across multiple international operations and currencies.
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ideally CIMA) with proven Management Accountant experience
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience of working with overseas entities/ international exposure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A commercially minded approach
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from Β£55,000 to Β£65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Flexible working hours however, this is 5 days per week in office
- 10% - 20% annual bonus, depending on independent and company performance
