Accounts Payable Manager
- Lead a team of 6 accounts payable clerks
- Manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain and build relationships with vendors, addressing any payment-related queries.
- Oversee accurate and timely month-end close processes for accounts payable.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
- Collaborate with other departments in the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless workflows.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management as needed.
