Job Description
- Support new restaurant openings from planning through to go-live
- Act as the onsite technology lead during deployments
- Review technical and construction plans
- Oversee network, connectivity and power infrastructure delivery
- Conduct site inspections, testing and quality assurance activities
- Manage technology risks, issues and escalations
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple technology workstreams
- Manage third-party suppliers and service partners
- Oversee connectivity, infrastructure, cabling and CCTV deployments
- Support incident management and operational issue resolution
- Develop processes, documentation and knowledge articles
- Produce reporting, trend analysis and service improvement recommendations
- The Successful Applicant
- A successful Technology Delivery Consultant - New Restaurant Openings (NRO) should have:
- New Restaurant Opening (NRO) or New Store Opening (NSO) experience
- Retail, hospitality or QSR technology background
- Experince with oracle simphony
- Technology deployment and infrastructure delivery expertise
- Vendor and supplier management experience
- IT operations and service delivery knowledge
- Project coordination and project management skills
- Experience of site-based technology implementations
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
