Description
- Manage the processing of invoices and credit notes.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Deal with supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process payment runs and ad-hoc payments as required.
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
- Maintain the filing system for all accounts payable documentation.
- Assist in the development of accounts payable procedures and policies.
- Contribute to the wider finance team and company goals.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
