The role of Management Accountant in the financial services industry involves preparing monthly management accounts and supporting strategic decision-making. Manage daily accounting operations in SAP, collaborating with key departments including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax. Lead the month-end close process and prepare monthly management accounts. Maintain and execute regular financial controls, such as inter-company reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reviews. based Management Accounts team on global accounting tasks, such as expense accruals. Support ad hoc projects and provide assistance to the Head of Management Accounts, Treasury, and AP teams as needed. A successful Management Accountant should have: Prior experience working as a Management Accountant Experience working in Financial Services (highly desirable) Experience using SAP (highly desirable) Qualified or part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA Be immediately available (or available on short notice) Good Excel skills Hybrid, flexible working pattern.
