This position is responsible for compiling and analysing sales, customer, product, and market data to provide valuable feedback, insights and actionable recommendations to support, guide and improve selling and marketing activities.

Description:

  • Extract, cleanse, compile and analyse large amounts of raw data.
  • Standardise sales and customer reporting requirements, establish a cadence of reporting, and execute report production and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales performance, revenue projections, product price/cost and profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities within product pricing, sales, customer, and market data.
  • Prepare financial modelling to support ad-hoc business decisions.
  • Regularly prepare and present financial information to senior management while providing insights into sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in developing sales targets to support incentive and commissions plans and track target performance throughout the year.
  • Establish and gatekeep a standardised method of capturing data in Salesforce CRM system to ensure data is consistently maintained across multiple users.
  • Prepare monthly sales and margin forecasts, assist in the preparation of annual budgets, and support long-range strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare detailed product and customer profitability analysis to support pricing and market decisions.
  • Prepare financial modelling to support price/cost analysis over new product development and custom product designs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across all business units (sales, finance, operations, marketing) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently within managerial teams.
  • Other ad-hoc duties, responsibilities and reporting as assigned.

Profile: A successful Interim FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years related financial analysis experience required, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in Excel modelling.
  • Experience in creating reports from D365, PowerBI.
  • Proficiency working with a CRM system, preference to experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • CIMA/ACCA qualified.

Job Offer: Competitive salary between £60,000 and £65,000 per annum. Hybrid working model offering flexibility between office and remote working.
