A great opportunity for an experienced Head of Management Accounts to lead a Management Accounts team (c. 14 FTE) within the UK Controllership function. This senior role reports to the UK Financial Controller and is accountable for the monthly financial reporting across all UK entities and plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the finance function.
As a strategic leader, you will drive process standardisation, data quality improvements, and the adoption of technology to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. You'll foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across multiple business areas, bringing strong leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Management Accounts function, overseeing the full month-end close to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
- Produce performance and variance analysis, offering strategic insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the consolidation of the UK P&L for Group reporting.
- Oversee balance sheet reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX and internal controls.
