Description
- Process daily financial transactions, including client and office account payments.
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle client ledger queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
- Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.
Profile
A successful Senior Legal Cashier should have:
- Experience in legal cashiering within a professional services environment.
- A solid understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and compliance requirements.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and managing workload.
