Description The Learning Organisational Development Officer will provide support in the coordination and delivery of learning and OD activity, providing advice and guidance to managers, managing learning systems and content and using data and feedback to continuously improve L OD programmes.
Your duties will include: Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programmes to meet organisational goals.
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
Coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
