- Manage daily processing activities - ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received.
- Resolving any invoice discrepancies.
- Gift aid - along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims.
- Answer internal gift aid queries.
- Control the 24 hour coding system - Working with the Customer Services team; release income batches as appropriate.
- Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense.
