Description

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure all payments are authorised.
• Maintain and update supplier accounts and records.
• Handle supplier queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Credit Card Reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

• Experience in processing invoices and payments within a finance team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.
• A proactive approach to resolving queries and issues.

Job Offer

• Salary between 27,000 to £30,000 dependent upon experience.
