The Payroll Administrator's role is to help process the various Monthly payrolls and ensure the day to day smooth running of the Payroll department.
They should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of PAYE and other payroll related matters.

Run the various monthly payrolls within the set deadlines.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing reports and other data as per their requirements.
Process the payrolls on time and accurately.
Process the payrolls in accordance with PAYE and any other payroll related legislation.
Produce reports and spreadsheets using the payroll system.
Ensure payment of PAYE, court order and pension deductions are made on time to third parties.
Post and reconcile the cashbook back to the payroll.
