Description
- Bookkeeping via Xero software
- Process monthly payrolls using BrightPay for 4 companies
- Process HMRC and Nest payments
- Invoicing councils for care fees
- Intercompany invoicing between sister companies
- Keeping track on payments coming in and going out (process remittances and update Monday Board and Client Index
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Keeping all paperwork, files and computer organised
- Carry out tasks asked by the Finance Manager /Director
- Support Site managers with HB and DHP applications
Profile
A successful Junior Finance Officer should have:
- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- An understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
